Alok founded RevenueXL in 2005 with a vision to provide solutions and services in healthcare revenue cycle management space using global expertise and talent. The intent was to provide high-end solutions and services at a reasonable cost by using a judicious mix of business transformation and global outsourcing.

Alok is responsible for establishing new technology and business partnerships with the vendors of Electronic Medical Record software solutions and driving various marketing initiatives at RevenueXL. He works with RevenueXL's consultants in evaluation of new solutions and actively participates in the selection and recommendation process.

Alok brings to RevenueXL over 20 years of experience building and managing global business and technology outsourcing delivery models in diverse international organizations. He has nurtured business and technology relationships with clients such as Autozone, Hewlett Packard, Citibank, Kia Motors, Sento, Genesys and Wellsfargo Bank.

Prior to founding RevenueXL, Alok was Senior Global Manager for Business Intelligence Practice at Infogain, a California-based technology consulting firm. Alok began his career at Tata Consultancy Services in Mumbai, India. He has extensive international exposure, with assignments in the UK, Japan, and India.

Alok believes that technology can play both a tactical and strategic role in enhancing the efficacy of business processes. A well thought out plan that phases in technology can yield significant benefits without disruption and impact on employee morale.

Alok is an alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, India, where he earned his MBA. in Finance and Systems. He received his engineering degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences, Pilani, India.
